Ravensburger Products (prices & availability)
Ravensburger currently do not sell direct to the general-public, therefore, our website does not include a shopping basket nor show prices. However, our products are widely available from many on-line retailers as well as supermarkets and well-known high-street stores. Independent retailers also stock a range of our products. Unfortunately, we are unable to pin-point individual retailers regarding stock ranges, prices or availability.

What to do, if pieces were missing from new?
In the event of missing pieces from a brand-new jigsaw puzzle, in line with current consumer rights legislation, we recommend you contact the retailer for after sales advice regarding a complete replacement, an exchange or a refund for monies paid.
What to do, if you've lost a puzzle piece?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our manufacturing process, we are not able to match or supply individual puzzle pieces therefore unable to offer a replacement puzzle piece service.
A brief explanation regarding our 'Softclick' production process:
Ravensburger puzzles are made using individual handmade cutters. After several thousand puzzles have been produced, the hand-made cutting tools are replaced with a new set of cutters. The new cutters would differ in shape and size therefore any subsequent production runs for the same title would be made up of differently shaped puzzle pieces.

What to do if you've lost a puzzle piece?
We produce far fewer puzzles containing 9,000 to 40,000 pieces therefore the cutters are rarely replaced, if at all. Subsequently, matching replacement pieces, is possible.
To enable us to supply the correct replacement piece, we will require the following:
(1) Details of the barcode number shown printed on the side of the box lid?
(2) In which puzzle quadrant (A, B, C, D) is the missing piece?
(3) Details of the corresponding control number found printed on the plastic bag?
(4) Grid reference for the missing piece? Top/Bottom - Left/Right (e.g. 3 down 8 across) (5) Images highlighting area surrounding the missing piece (close up and from overall)
(6) Your name and full postal address, including county and postcode.
Once this information has been gathered, your details will be forwarded onto our parent company in Germany who will deal with your request. Please be aware, depending on availability, we are not always able to supply replacement pieces.
3D Puzzle; Buildings, Vehicles, Shapes and Globes
What if you’ve lost, broken or are missing a piece of your 3D Puzzle?
We stock a small selection of replacement pieces for a limited range of Ravensburger 3D Puzzles. For us to deal with your request for replacement pieces, our service team will require the following information:
· EAN Barcode/item number (shown printed on the box lid)
· Title, or brief description of the 3D product in question
· The number of the individual missing/broken piece that needs replacing
· Images of the completed structure showing the location of the missing piece
· Images of any broken/damaged pieces, if appropriate (front and back)
· Your name and full postal address (including town, county and postcode)
Depending on availability, we may not be able to supply the part you require.
What if you have a problem with your 3D product?
Every Ravensburger 3D Puzzle has been manufactured, inspected and packed with great care. Constant monitoring during the production process guarantees the excellent quality and integrity of all Ravensburger 3D Puzzle pieces. However, if you have a problem or require assistance, please contact the address listed for your country of residence. When writing to us, please quote the EAN barcode number, the date/place of purchase, your full postal address and a written description of the problem/reason for contacting us.
Replacements/Spare parts for games
What if you’ve lost, broken or are missing part of your game?
We stock a small selection of replacement parts for a limited range of our products.
We are unable to supply game boards, complete sets of playing pieces, full decks of cards, or replacement parts for discontinued or non-stock items.
When filling out the replacement request form, please include the following:
1. Your name and full postal address, including town, county and postcode
2. The EAN barcode number (printed on side of box lid)
3. Name of the game in question
4. A description of the replacement part required
5. Supporting images to help with your request
Once this information has been provided, we will address your request.
Depending on availability, we may not be able to offer assistance.
What if I want a copies of game instructions/rules?
You can easily download game instructions from individual game product detail pages on this website. Simply search for your product on this website, click through to the detail page and look for the "Download Rules" button. The instructions are available in a variety of languages. You will need Acrobat Reader installed on your computer in order read the game instructions.
"My Ravensburger" is your personal Ravensburger account. Here you can manage your subscription to our newsletter which contains information about our products, news, special campaigns and events.
How to register?
To register for "My Ravensburger", click on "Login" on the homepage to access the registration form. You can then enter your e-mail address on the form. You'll receive an e-mail with your password after you complete your registration. After you've received this e-mail, please login with this temporary password and change your password using the "Change User Information" function.
How to change?
You can change all your personal information by logging into your "My Ravensburger" account. If you forget your password, you can use the "Password Assistance" function to receive a new temporary password by e-mail. Please be aware that a randomly generated temporary password will then be assigned to your account and your old password will no longer be valid. Once you've received this temporary password via e-mail, please login to your account and change your password on the "Change User Information" page.
The Ravensburger Newsletter keeps you in touch with Ravensburger and its partners, providing you with valuable information about products, news, events and other campaigns.
How to subscribe?
To register to receive the Ravensburger Newsletter, click on the Newsletter tab to access the subscription form. Please fill out this form by providing your personal information. You must provide an e-mail address in order to receive the newsletter.
How to unsubscribe?
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the page which will take you to a form which you can use to remove your e-mail address from the newsletter distribution list. You can also click on the "Newsletter" tab at the top to access this form and cancel your subscription.
To change the status of your newsletter subscription, you must first login using the username and password that you selected. You must be logged in to change your user profile.
How to log-in?
You can access "My Ravensburger" by clicking on "Login" on the homepage which will take you to the login page. Please enter your username and password on this form.
By logging in to your "My Ravensburger" account, you can change all your personal information. If you've forgotten your password, the "password assistance" function will help you reset your password by sending you a new temporary password by e-mail. Please note that if you use this reset function, you will be issued a randomly generated temporary password for your account and your old password automatically expires.
Forgot log-in name?
If you've forgotten your login username, the easiest solution is to re-register using a different login username. However, please note that this may also mean that you will have to register using a different e-mail address.

Puzzle Piece Sizes
All Ravensburger cutting tools are handmade, which means the puzzle-piece sizes can vary slightly from one batch to the next. The below list of puzzle-piece sizes are approximate and should be used as a rough indication of size, and not exact. Also, the size of each individual puzzle piece will differ depending on how many tabs (the sticking out loop of the puzzle piece) and blanks (the holes or slots that the tabs fit into) that particular piece has.
